    It has been less than 12 hours since I have made my order for 2x PS3 controller. I have a number of issues I would like to raise: 1) I was not aware that there is a seperate return policy when you buy from the "marketplace". 2) I was not aware that I was buying from the "marketplace". 3) The reviews of the company I have bought from "fast gaming" has got bad reviews. I only bought this product from Game as you are a reputable buyer and I wanted to buy into your customer service. 4) I was not aware that I purchasing a product from a third party and in doing so I became their customer and not yours. 5) My order is not able to be cancelled as you will need to get in touch with the seller. However my payment has been sent to Game and I have been liasing with Game but my custom is with "fast gaming"? I would like to know why Game is not able to cancel my order when Game has the money I have paid them with. 6) A review of the PS3 controller is that they are not brand new as stated and do not come in the original box. 7) Your customer service advisor stated that the only was to request a full refund from the marketplace is that I have to wait for the product to be delivered and then refuse the delivery. If I am not at home to refuse I then have to send the postage at my own expense. Only once I have sent the product back, then i can open a case with the merchant. 8) This is my first time and my last time buying from Game. This has been a horrible experience and I can see this company going into administration soon. You have third part sellers representing your company in a horrible way. The interface of your website is full of glitches and errors. 9) The only way to resolve this issue is for you to send my money back in full. That is final. No vouchers no discount cards. I just want to see the colour of my money again thank you. This has been a unpleasent experience and I hope to hear from you soon. You have 7 days to refund me before I raise this issue with PayPal and I will get my money back anyway.

    My girlfriend bought a game to give me and asked for a new copy of the game. The guy gave her a used copy but charged the full price. Awfull business practice all around. I also preorderd multiple games and they never give me the pre order bonusI always have to go back to the stor and ask for it again.
