  I wanted to write a review on here because we have used this shop a couple of times. The first time we brought our Engagement Rings with them and we dealt with Anthony. It was swift, polite and we got the rings when we were supposed too. We had champagne in the shop and they congratulated us, it was lovely. So, Naturally we shopped around but we couldn't find anywhere better than Goldsmiths. This time we dealt with a South African called Shaun, and his Colleague Dawn. Two of the best Customer service people in there, Nothing was too much trouble and it was just like talking to a friend by the end of it. We had a problem with one of the ladies in there in between all this with a Bracelet but the Name escapes us, so we were eager not to deal with her. The problem we had was that the Date of Arrival for the rings kept getting longer and longer. In between getting PROMISED dates, We did speak to them on numerous occasions and if it wasn't for Dawn and Shaun we would have complained a lot more than we did. We had a deadline for the rings and it was causing us quite a bit of stress. They were ready within two days once we mentioned that we wanted a full Refund if they were not ready by the Wednesday, This was on the Monday. When they were finally ready, they alerted both myself and my partner, and I went in to collect them. Shaun and Dawn were both there to greet me and could not have been more apologetic. They gave us a bottle of Champagne to apologise, shook my hand and that was it. The Rings are perfect and the engraving was faultless. We are so happy with them, and due to the Shaun and Dawn that we have come to know there, we will be returning customers. These two deserve recognition for this because if they didn't do what they did then it would have been a completely different story.

  The shop sells really nice jewellery but when there was an issue with the price of an item not being sold at the correct advertising price, the staff were rude and unhelpful.
